A complaint, to us, signifies unacceptability to some degree. We see each complaint as an urgent need for investigation to find a rectification or improvement which will ensure that the same complaint does not arise again.

However acceptable a product is, we believe there is always room for improvement to enhance its performance in terms of its curative, preventive or palliative properties.

Our departments which are actively engaged in development are Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Marketing and Management. Our Research and Development team has consistently come up with viable solutions for problems relating to products, materials, processing and packaging.

As a result of which our product quality and production standards are consistently improving to conform with all requirements of the medical and governmental sectors.
