With DYNAPHARM, the overriding consideration is quality assurance. Our Quality Assurance (QA) Department utilises the most advanced testing equipments to conduct testing procedures by fully qualified and highly-skilled personnel.
The Quality Assurance Manager is assisted by the QC Officer, QA Chemists, R&D Chemists, Microbiologists, Food Technologists, and QC Assistants.

Besides an Analytical Lab, the department is also equipped with a Microbiology Laboratory and separate rooms for retention samples and stability testing.
Analyses carried out by Quality Control include tests on raw materials, intermediates and finished products. Equal importance is given to environment monitoring and water monitoring. Microbiological tests and stability studies are also carried out.
